To serve
- 0 lemons
- 10 ripe cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 shallot
- 2 spring onions
- 1 bunch radishes
- 0.25 small white cabbage
- 0.125 red cabbage
- 0 chillies
- 0.333 cucumber
- 0 large handfuls flat-leaf parsley
- 2 handfuls fresh mint
- 1 large pinch biber
- 0 black pepper
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp harissa
- 1 tbsp pistachios
Step 1
First juice the lemons, mix with the juice from the cherry tomatoes and the garlic and set aside.
Step 2
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl and refrigerate.
Step 3
Five minutes before serving add the herbs, chilli, seasoning and lemon juice mix to taste.
Step 4
Serve the yoghurt, harissa and pistachios on the side.
