Garlic baked oysters

- 6 rock oysters
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp parsley leaves
- 1 lemon
- 50g fine breadcrumbs
- 0 Soda bread
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.
Step 2
Open the oysters and discard any excess liquid.
Step 3
Mix the butter with the chopped garlic, parsley and lemon zest until well combined.
Step 4
Put a knob of the garlic butter on each oyster and cover in breadcrumbs, then bake until golden brown for five minutes.
Step 5
Serve at once.
