Fennel, radish and watercress salad

- 8 radishes
- 100g watercress
- 50g feta
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 sprinkle sumac
Step 1
In a large bowl fold the fennel, radish and watercress together with the feta.
Step 2
Whisk the vinegar and oil together.
Step 3
Just before serving toss with the veg.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chives and sumac.
