Green sambol

- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 handful destemmed kale
- 2 large shallots
- 3 green chillies
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 0 Salt
Step 1
Cover the coconut with boiling water and leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Put in a sieve and lightly press to remove excess water.
Step 3
Tip the coconut into a bowl and add the other ingredients.
Step 4
Season well.
