- 2 red chillies
- 1 clove garlic
- 100g olive oil
- 0 black pepper
- 0 Toasted bread
- 1 small baguette
- 0 Olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
Step 1
Place the peppers in a blender with the garlic and chillies.
Step 2
Slowly add the olive oil until all is blended to a smooth paste.
Step 3
Season well.
Step 4
Grill the bread slices until lightly charred.
Step 5
Rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
