Carrot and beetroot salad

• 3 carrots
• 2 beetroot
• 1 orange
• 2 tsp honey
• 0.5 clove garlic
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander

Step 1
Mix together the grated veg.

Step 2
Whisk the dressing ingredients together and toss together with the coriander.
