Tuna pasta salad

- 0 pasta shells
- 1 tin tuna
- 3 tbsp good-quality mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 0 freshly ground black pepper
- 100g sweetcorn
- 0 spring onions
- 1 small red pepper
Step 1
Combine the mayonnaise with plain yoghurt.
Step 2
Stir through the flaked tuna.
Step 3
Check the seasoning.
Step 4
Add the colourful vegetables and stir to ensure that they are distributed through the salad.
Step 5
Add extra black pepper if you like.
