- 2 tbsp dried red chilli flakes
- 2 red chillies
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 0 Salt
Step 1
Mix the chopped onion with the dried and fresh chilli.
Step 2
Pound them together in a pestle and mortar (or give them a quick pulse in a food processor).
Step 3
Put in a bowl and mix with salt and lime juice.
