Braised spinach

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0 black pepper
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan until quite hot.
Step 2
Tip in the spinach and stir well.
Step 3
Season and cover the pan.
Step 4
Leave for a minute, remove the lid and stir until all the spinach has wilted.
Step 5
Season and tip into a colander to drain.
