Buttered beetroot

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch allspice
- 0 Olive oil
Step 1
    
 Place the beetroot in a large pan with the butter and vinegar.
    
Step 2
    
Season well and add the allspice.
    
Step 3
    
Heat until the butter melts and stir well.
    
Step 4
    
 Cover the pan and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
    
Step 5
    
Check the seasoning and serve drizzled with olive oil.
