Fennel, pea and mint salad

- 500g peas
- 1 small handful mint leaves
- 0 Salt
- 0 Extra virgin olive oil
Step 1
Halve the fennel bulbs lengthways and then cut each half into thin slices.
Step 2
Pod the peas.
Step 3
Arrange with the fennel on a platter, tear the mint leaves over, sprinkle with salt and finish with oil.
