- 550g dark bitter chocolate
- 500 whipping cream
- 1 litre whole milk
- 60g dark rum
Step 1
Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Step 2
In a saucepan, boil the cream and milk, pour over the chocolate and stir to melt.
Step 3
Mix in the rum and serve.
